BROKEN

Felt bedrock rumble
credence stumble
footings fissure, fracture
foundation crumple
convictions collapse
chasm open up

crystal trust
trembled, shattered
jigsaw puzzle
jumbled, scattered
faithful fragments
guzzled, gobbled whole

Only muddle remains
tangled wires
knotting
ragged scraps
together
