A FINE RAIN (a small stone)





A Fine Rain

a wet, gray day
beyond my window
climbing the wall, clematis
blossoms beckon
(I comply)
little engine whirs
at my shoulder
all but invisible
hummingbird hovers
even the rain is fine

    This is such a sweet glimpse of summer!
    I like that "fine rain" that falls when the temperature is still warm & it just freshens everything outdoors.

    We had a day like this yesterday. It was just a sweet little rain refreshing us.It brought cooler temps with it. I love the third pic of the flowers.
