Time Travel
’T were possible I
might
hop a train to
tomorrow,
wander next week,
or perhaps
peruse further into
the future
(to bide for a bit),
to try to spy
what might be
coming down the pike; or
maybe strike out
for the past (just for fun)
to find out how
some things
were done (before
this
technology or that);
but
while I might tour
(wide and far)
I’d (always) return
to when-
ever you are
