White Light

White Light

 

Beams of white light slide down

casting contrasting shadows

beneath blue sky

where before there was only gray.

Stretching stark limbs

up into azure heights,

even the naked trees

seem to smile.

      Thanks, Patricia! It really is a bright silvery white glow these days, huh? Well... when it decides to appear at all, that is. :-]
