SPIN, TWIRL, LITTLE GIRL

Public Domain photo - credits appear below

Spin, twirl, little girl
circles
on the sand
ballerina in the breeze
breathless spindizzy gigglewind knees
locks gleefully twisting free
tickle toes,
wiggle nose,
pinwheel spiral pirouette
dipdanceswirl, whipcoilcurl, trill a silly,
simple song
make up
words to sing along
smile-a-tilt, tilt-a-whirl, twittergiggle little girl
swirlskirt
puffing in the draft
reeling faster, fingers flutter, lilting laughter
needing no because or why, breezy playmates only being
wind and you, both, freely fly
at home in sea
and blue
sky
