You are so lucky!! They are gorgeous :-) Big time bird fan over here--this morning I had a blue jay, white-winged doves, squirrels, red-winged blackbirds, Mottled ducks and Muscovy ducks, plus an white ibis--all eating at the feeders together--it was hilarious.
Aren't they though? Sounds like you've got plenty of your own luck, Sara -- I'm jealous of your visitors! Only the blue jay (and the squirrels of course) would venture as far north as CT! LOL
Soooo sweet. Love this. :) We get hummies, and it's always hard when they don't come around for awhile. Glad your birdie babies are back. They're beautiful.
Thanks, De, they are beautiful! It's easy to get attached, isn't it? I'm jealous of your hummers, though. They only pass quickly through my yard on their way to the flowers beyond. LOL
I love that you missed them!! My heart delights in others who so intensely love nature! Cheers and smiles to you, Pamela!!
ReplyDeleteBack at 'cha, Hannah! They're lovely, aren't they? We've have two pairs who come back each spring. Gotta love 'em! :-)
